    Are you up for a new challenge? Interested in travel? We are looking for a new Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is your opportunity to help plan and manage events, create lead generation programs, and gain marketing experience across a variety of tasks.


    You will be working with marketing, sales and the creative team to execute a variety of programs to help us achieve our business goals.


    • Planning and executing events, including planning, managing logistics, promotions, and staff
    • Supporting marketing campaigns including lead management, advertising, social media, and email marketing
    • Working closely with our internal creative and marketing team to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals
    • Providing the field sales team with marketing support including collateral, giveaways and more

    What you need to be successful:

    • 3-5 years' marketing experience
    • Prior event management experience
    • Excellent listening and phone communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • An interest in staying current with the latest event marketing methods and trends
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • B.S. in marketing, communications, PR or related field


    Bonus Qualifications (alert us if you’ve got them!):

    • Experience with Salesforce.com
    • Experience with the B2B sales cycle and selling process
    • Experience working with Human Resources, Benefit Brokers, SMBs

    This position is based in our Chantilly, VA office and reports to the Director of Marketing.
