    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated digital campaigns from creation to completion and helping create template and content using Adobe Experience Manager.  You will effectively develop marketing efforts through multiple digital channels including website, email, social media and online advertising.


    • Own our website: know exactly what’s on it (and where and why). Recommend ways we can improve it and work with our development and marketing teams to manage updates and bigger projects that you’ll help brainstorm.
    • Create templates and manage content development in Adobe Experience Manager for sites and landing pages.
    • Increase the reach and awareness of Identity Guard.
    • Create and evolve digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and help us reach our traffic, database, engagement and pipeline growth goals.
    • Keep track of our web and social media metrics, develop our monthly reporting package, analyze it all and recommend changes that will grow traffic, awareness and conversions.
    • Become an AEM/SilverPop guru crafting landing pages and managing our email nurturing programs.
    • Spearhead our SEO/SEM efforts. Make sure our websites and content are optimized for search engines. Know where we rank for our target keywords and identify even better keywords and long-tail search terms to grow our impressions and boost our CTR.
    • Plan, manage and execute paid search and social campaigns that economically achieve our desired click-through and conversion objectives.
    • Know the brand standards and Identity Guard’s voice and bring it alive online.
    • Continuously optimize all digital paid digital advertising including researching new placements and audiences to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline.
    • Stay on top of new and interesting digital marketing trends and techniques so we never get stale.


    The individual must possess a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Manager platform and be fluent in its capabilities and how to develop content within the platform to maximize its performance.


    The individual should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator with the ability to write, present and converse.


    • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, site management and maintenance, email marketing, SEO and/or a social media marketing role.
    • Hands-on experience and familiarity with the Adobe Marketing platform, particularly Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Some knowledge or experience with SEO tools including knowledge of how to optimize websites, emails and campaigns.
    • Familiarity with administering and measuring paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google AdWords and Twitter.
    • Curiosity, a “how can I help” mindset and an interest in learning more about personal cybersecurity.
    • A Bachelor’s degree or a compelling story.
