    The senior copywriter will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging advertising and marketing materials across a range of marketing channels, including video, print, direct mail, e-mail, social media, and web sites. The senior copywriter will contribute to establishing and maintaining a consistent brand voice for a range of Identity Guard solutions targeted at consumers and businesses.


    • Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions -- product features and benefits -- and craft stories and language that encourage audience engagement.

    • Use research, data, results and existing insights to understand and connect with the target audience to create curiosity and drive measurable behavior: positive action.

    • Represent Identity Guard in the appropriate context as we create marketing for partner brands.

    • Work with Art Directors, Designers, UX Designers and others to develop creative concepts and implementation of assigned jobs.

    • Work closely and cooperatively with Identity Guard teams from other business areas, including sales, legal, partner solutions and product development.

    • Attend and help facilitate both input and creative review meetings.

    • Receive critical and constructive feedback on work and edit accordingly.

    • Self-manage assignments via Jira and other online tools

    • Collaborate with Art Director, Designer, Creative Director and Chief Marketing Officer to execute tactics, programs and campaign.




    Required skills

    • Proven skills in the areas of concept development as well as copywriting.

    • The ability to be a fresh thinker who embraces challenges and finds new ways to describe what may be either familiar or difficult to understand.

    • Is self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communications skills.

    • Does not shrink under pressure or deadlines.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

    • 8 or more years of relevant experience in copywriting role, preferably at an advertising agency or marketing communications firm.

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.

    • Self-starter with ability to hit deadlines, work independently, multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
