    Intersections Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to manage and oversee assigned client accounts within our Partner Solutions business as well as manage a team of Associates tasked with the management of assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have background in partner marketing, account management and program management as well as business analytics, and should possess strong written and oral communication skills. The individual in this position will ensure revenue and partner satisfaction goals are met and that the partner program supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as business owner responsible for day-to-day management of assigned active partner programs. 
    • Responsible for achieving revenue metrics for assigned programs. 
    • Ensure a productive and positive relationship with partners securing Identity Guard as a committed and integral part of the partner’s program team.
    • Lead new partners through the setup, onboarding, training, and solution adoption process.
    • Assist with the development and execution of strategic marketing plans ensuring continued growth of assigned programs. Coordinate details of marketing campaigns as necessary, including development of marketing matrices, test plans, telemarketing scripts, customer correspondence, email and website content. 
    • Coordinate with Engagement team to ensure active engagement and promotion of IDG solutions by partners. 
    • Interact with all levels and functional areas, including Fulfillment, Customer Service, Legal, Data Processing, Finance/Billing, Information Technology Group, Program Management and Operations in management of assigned programs as well as implementation of enhancement initiatives.
    • Develop and oversee implementation of business requirements for assigned programs.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of partner business needs and requirements to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value throughout their lifecycle. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
    • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all internal and external developments which may affect current business and operational plans for partners; advise parties of relevant matters.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of account or program management experience – ideally across both key and house accounts.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience across multiple channels and for both house brand as well as partner brands. 
    • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
    • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes. 
    • Experience working closely with and providing direction to cross-functional and cross-level teams. 
    • Ability to work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines. 
    • Able to lead, motivate and grow a team of direct reports. 
    • Team-player. Adept at working at all levels to ensure expectations are being met for internal and external partners.
    • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Assertive, self-motivated, industrious personality with energetic, can-do, solution-oriented attitude.
    • Some travel required (up to 20% per month).
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
